LONDON, June 12. (Received June 13, at 9,15 a.m.) Divers located! (the wreck of the P. and 0, steamer Egypt, which was sunk near Ushant, One million sterling in bullion which was on board is expected to be recovered.—A. and N.Z. Gable.
[The P. and 0. liner Egypt, 7,941 tons, sank off Ushant after a collision with the French steamer Seine, 1,383 tons, on May 20, 1922. Fifteen passengers and eighty members of the Egypt’s crow were drowned.]
