(Received April 30, at 9.40 a.m.) Though the catchment area has benefited considerably by the recent rains, the Water Board is not yot in a position to remove the restrictions on Sydney’s water supply. FIRST RAIN FOR FOUR YEARS. BRISBANE, April 30. (Received April 30, at 9.45 a.m.) Rain fell at Margornindah for the first time for four years. Children born since 1919 were startled at the sight.
