ATTACKED BY BANDITS. , RUMANIAN TRAIN OUTRAGE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ~PARIS, April 22. Advices from Bucharest state that bandits attacked a British courier in a train near Constanza, while on route to Constantinople with diplomatic documents and £5,000. According to a later telegram the courier who was attacked by bandits was Captain Shaw, who was robbed of the documents and £s.ooo.—Reuter.
