M'Lean, £7 Is, clothing supplied; Robert J. Watts v. R. W. Anderton (Wmgatui), £1 355; John Chambers and Son v, 0. Gerrard (Dipton), £ll 6a 2d, goods sapplied ; Ophelia Faulkner v. M. Chalmers, £4 3s, board; T. W. Dobbio v. James Wilson (Nightcaps), £5 4s, money lent; H. W. Gamble v. F. H. Saunders and b. G. Langdalc (Auckland), £75 10s, amount of dishonored cheque. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Albert R. Anderson, on a judgment summons, sought to recover from John Evans the sum of £22 8s lOd, being money lent by plaintiff to defendant. Mr Irwin appeared for the plaintiff. An order for payment of the debt at the rate of 10s per week was made.
