JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Albert R. Anderson, on a judgment summons, sought to recover from John Evans the sum of £22 8s lOd, being money lent by plaintiff to defendant. Mr Irwin appeared for the plaintiff. An order for payment of the debt at the rate of 10s per week was made.
