Lord Robert Cecil visited ex-President Wilson, who was deeply interested in the former’s report as to how his League of Nations speeches were received in America. Before calling on the ex-Presi-dent, Lord Robert Cecil stated that the Assembly of the League of Nations was ready to listen with an open mind to any proposal made by the United States for amendments to the League Constitution. — A. and N.Z.
