MR GUTHRIE'S HEALTH. The Hon. D. H. Guthrie. Minister of Lands, acting on medical advice, has decided to relinquish some of his public duties, and will take several weeks’ rest. The borough electricity works survived the storm, but the waterworks were not so lurtunate, the supply failing during this morning.
