The fortnightly meeting of the St, Patrick’s branch, H.A.C.8.5., was held on Wednesday evening. The president (Bro. E. MTlroy) presided over a large attendance of members. Four new members were initiated and one proposed for membership. Bro. Beherns, a visitor from Christchurch, was heartily welcomed, A social committee was formed for the purpose of entertaining other branches. The rest of the evening was devoted to a question night.
