'Clio annual meeting of tho Dunedin and Suburban Grocers’ Picnic Association was held iu tho Trades Hall on Thursday evening, Mr C. Eraser presiding. The report and balance-sheet were submitted by the secretary (.Mr 1). Henderson), and showed the association to bo iu a sound financial position. The chairman, in moving tho adoption of tho report and, balance-sheet, paid a compliment to tho secretary for the manlier in which he had at all times brought forward his balance-sheet, and thanked tho other members of the committee, along with the secretary, for making tho last picnic at Mount Stuart such a success, ’I ho following wen; elected ns olliciuls lor Iho 1923 picnic, which will bo held ah Mount, Stuart on Saturday, February ?•■ I —President.
