Cable. ULSTER’S CURFEW LAW. LONDON, December 26. (Received December 27, at 9.30 a.m.) Cardinal Loguo abandoned the celebration of midnight Mass in Armagh, in view of the drastic stops taken by uie authorities to prevent a violation of the curfew law. They intended to place a cordon round the church at the curfew hour which would Jiave prevented the congregation leaving till 6 o’clock next morning.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
