Press Association-By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 25. A dealer has purchased for £20,000 Ml Mann’s collection of New Zealand stamps, eaid to he the most complete in the world. It was begun forty years ago, and includes tho pick of every great collection. The jairchaser' offers to sell it to a museum as a whole, or otherwise it will bo broken up.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
