INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE MEETS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 5. (Received December 7, at 11.15 a.m.) The International Advisory Committee on Anthrax, which was established by the International Labor Conference, has met in London, South Africa, Alaska, India, and Japan wore represented. It was resolved to recommend the Governments represented to take -definite steps by agreement to combat anthrax. —Renter.
