(Received November 29, at 10 a.m.) Tbo Clyde Navigation Trust has carried out successful experiments with a new shoot apparatus, with which vessels will load ooal in half the usual time, while 80 per cent, of the coal can be stowed as fast as it is delivered without the assistance of trimmers. It is believed that this invention will revolutionise the shipping of coal.—A., ami N.Z. Cable.
