AUCKLAND v. OTAGO. In the telegraphic chess match between the Auckland and Otago Clubs, which was resumed on Saturday night, eleven games were finished out of thc_ twenty hoards played, the score so far being Auckland 6J to 'Otago’s 4i, leaving nine games to be sent to the Adjudication Board. Taking the first twelve hoards for the interclub championship, out of the finished games Auckland has scored 31i wins to there being seven games left to be adjudicated upon before the result of the championship will be known. The following were the results at the end of the evening’s play, the Otago players playing white at odd boards, and being mentioned first: Davies v. Coulthard to be adjudicated on. Dunlop v.
