GERMAN PRINCES’ CLAIMS. Press Association- -By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, August 19. Tho ex-Kaiser’s fifth son, Prince Oscar, tho ex-Crown Prince Rupprocht of Bavaria, and the ox-Duko George of Saxe Meningen are claiming pensions from the Republic on account of military services. The latter’s claim has been rejected, as he returned on his own initiate, and not owing to any incapacity' from his service. The other claims have not been decided, —A, and N.Z, ■ Gable,
