'BATTLE CREEK’
■ ‘ Battle Greek i A Groat Health University, and Its Lessons for Us ’ —this is the title of a lecture to be given by Dr Waddell in the St. Andrew’s Bible School, Carroll street, at 8 p.ra. on Tuesday, 22nd. The Battle Creek Sanatorium is probably tho most wonderful institution of its kind in tlio world. There are fortyseven doctors attached to it, and over 600 nurses; and it is visited annually by some 8,000 people. Its methods of treating disease have had remarkable results. The lecture will be illustrated by numerous colored lantern slides, most of them prepared at Battle Creek specially for this lecture. As there is much talk just now about social hygiene and health, people would do" well to take tho opportunity afforded on Tuesday to learn something of the principles and methods of this great health university.
