(Received* August 16, at 9.50 a.m.) The Stock Growers’ Protective Association of Western Canada lias appealed to the farmers of the United States to oppose the proposed tariff duties on cattle. Over 50,000 letters have been sent to American farmers. Copies are going to Congressmen.
