SYDNEY, August 13. (Received August 12, at 12.5 p.m.) Mr Sproul, general manager of th« Oceanic Comjjnny, referring to the mail contract, said that should the company receive an increase of four dollars per ml’c as requested, it proposes to build new sols to maintain three-weekly services.
