In the Supremo Court, Auckland, Hugh James Collins, convicted of btdng a rogue and vagabond, was sentenced to three months with hard labor; John Hired Farrow (indecent- assault-on children) received two years’reformative detention E. H. Ellis (theft of a ring) three months’ imprisonment, Henry E. March (false pretences) eighteen months, Robert Colcord (forgery and uttering and theft of savings bank book) twelve months.—Press Association, ■■ '
