FURTHER INFORMATION. [Feb United Pulss Association.] WELLINGTON, August 11. The Postmaster-General has given further information in re broadcasting by wireless. Licenses will be issued to _ amateurs to receive messages. They will be divided into two classes, according to degree of knowledge. The senior class will have more responsibility, am} will nave to “ listen in ” at stated intervals tor Government instructions and warnings. Sue dal wave lengths will be allotted, and there will be legal penalties for infringements of any of the regulations as to sending. Advertising matter will not be allowed. Sending may be done by manufacturers of equipment and theiv agents, or by approved corporations or individuals. Both for receiving aSd sending license tees will be charged.
