John Dodd (Stratford), £1 16s 6d, amount of account stated 1 ; David Wcatherston v. Joseph Henry Greenfield-, £6 2s, for -board and lodging. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
Burrows Stokes Irwin v. David Edward E. Jones, claim on a judgment summons for £9 12s lid.—Defendant did not appear, and was ordered to pay the amount duo forthwith, with coats (£2 4s 6d), in default fourteen days’ imprisonment-.——■ Alexander M’Konzie V, Oliver M’Ca-rlcy (Mr Irvin), claim for £5 18s 4d on a judgment summons.—Defendant pleaded inability to pay, and ga.ve evidence as to his earnings and financial position.—His Worship said) that, while plaintiff was entitled! to sympathy, the position as disclosed by defendant made it impossible for him to pay.
