(Received July 31, at 9,5 a.m.) That cannibalism existed in Europe in pre-historic times has been proved by discoveries made by Dr Beyer (a naturalist) of human hones 'in lower Austria, Ho declares undoubtedly that they are remains of a cannibal feast during the Bronze Age.—A. and N.Z.
