•‘ ' ’ FARCICAL PROCEEDINGS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER., July 29. (Received July 31, at 9.30 a.m.) : There was a remarkable scene when the lumber cargo (wßiic-h was loaded on to the steamer Waitemaita- a week ago by nonunionists) was discharged and solemnly put aboard -again by unionists.
