(Received July 31, at 0.15 a.m.) The executives of the National Union of General Workers, tho Municipal Employees’ Association, and the National Amalgamated Union of Labor approved of an amalgamation scheme. A _ ballot of the members will be taken, and if it is favorable the new organisation will bo one of the largest single trade unions, with a membership of at least 500,000. —Router.
