Press Association—-By Telegraph—Copyright. "BERLIN, July 27. According to tho Treaty of Versailles Germany is obliged l to return the French Hags captured in tho war of 1870. These were placed in three chesta ready for shipment, but when a final inspection was made the chests were found empty. The Government is offering a reward of 100,000 marks for the discovery of the tlncves.—A» and N.Z. Oahk.
