The Dominion Meteorologist (Mr D. C. Bates) supplied the following at noon to-day : —The indications arc for southerly winds (moderate, to strong) prevailing; weather probably cold and changeable; there will probably bo a hard frost tonight; barometer unsteady; sea, moderate swell; tides good.
