A SMALL MATTER.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —A little discussion caused me to consult the March, 1922, ‘ Railway Guide ’ for information, only to find from it, on the authority of the experts (with that inside knowledge not possessed by the unlearned critic) who compile this publication, that the railway track at Kensington station is still only 2ft above sea level, notwithstanding the expenditure incurred in raising the big overhead embankment to carry the doubte track. As in other railway matters, they are only twelve years behind the times.—l am, etc., ' Midland. July 28.
