DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. WAIIIIS IN DEMAND. There was a heavy turnover on ’Chang© this morning. raids, which wore sold yesterday at prices ranging from 28s o'd to 29s Gd, were again in great demand, and wore turned over at 295. 293 3d, 29s 6d. 29s 7d, 29s Bd, 20s 9d, 30s. 30s 3d, 30s 6d, 81s, 31s Id, 31s 6d,'3ls 9d, 325, 32s Id, 32s 3d, and 32s fid. There is no apparent reason for the sudden demand. Tho market appears to be largely a local one, buyers having gone higher hero than in the northern centres. The market closed this morning with buyers at 32s 3d and sellers at 32s Gd, disclosing increases of 2s 8d and 2s Od on yesterday’s Buying and selling quotations. A couple of parcels of Westport Stocktons changed hands at 5s this morning. Further buyers offered 4s lid, sellers asking os Id.
