BERLIN, July 25. (Received July 27 ,> at 8.50 a.m.) Tho medieval ideas of honor held by a Prussian baron led to his -suicide for tho sake of love. The barou became acquainted with Majoi ynn Borckc’s wife, for whom he conceived an attachment. The major resentedhis attitude, and tho wife declined the baron’s suggestion that they should elope. Von Borcke called on tho baron and told him that as a man of honor he knew what to do. Ho handed him a revolver and loft the room. Tho baron immediately shot himself.— ‘ Times.’
