Mrs Helen Lee,;-wife, of a Detroit (U.S.A.) manufacturer, sued her husband for divorce on the ground that he had: become a “golf maniac,” and won her case. Mrs Lee contended that her husband’s neglect of herself and family, which, she said, was caused by his devotion to golf. amounted to legal cruelty.
