SALE OF VODKA TO BE ALLOWED.
MOSCOW, July 25. (Received July 26, at 12.55 p.m.) A decree authorising the sale of vodka, which was prohibited at tho outbreak of war, is to bo issued on August 1. It is anticipated, with some misgiving, that its manufacture: and sale will be a State monopoly.—Router.
