CAIRO, July 24. Sarwat Pasha (Prime Minister") replied to Lord Allenby that tho Government regrets that its utmost efforts failed to stamp out crimes. It is now appointing a special section, of tho Ministry of the Interior to concentrate on the prevention of these political outrages.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
