LONDON, July 25. Robert Milligan, who was charged at the Bow Street Police Court with breaking, a window of the New Zealand offices in the Strand, said his grievance was that the Government would not repatriate him because the period for the repatriation of soldiers to New Zealand' expired last November.—A. and N.Z, Cable.
