MARENGO REACHES HULL

LONDON, July 24. The Marengo (which collided wnth the Remuora) reached Hull in a badly-dam-aged state. Her plates were smashed and the forepeak was lull of water. The vessel was saved after the collision only by the bulkhead holding.—A, and N.Z. Cable.
