SYDNEY, July 15. (Received July 15, at 11.55 a.m.) ■ Mr Walsh explained that the cablegram from Mr Wilson refers to the protest against the Federated Seamen's Union of Australia, debarring members of the National Union of Great Britain from retaining their positions on the Commonwealth steamers.
