MOTOR CYCLE HILL CLIMB. Tho Otago Motor Chib held; a motor cycle hill-climbing contest on Signal Hill on Saturday afternoon. Tho bill chosen was a fairly stiff lest for machines and. riders •alike ; also, Ih-o' road surface, was rough, with loose metal. A special electrical timing device, made by Mr J. Sherrill, was highly successful, and so sped up tho events that riders were permitted to have two attempts on the hill.
