It was stated during . tho evidence that the total amount mis- < appropriated was £2,741. Pollock bad f control practically of tho whole financial • business of tho company, and the delalea- 1 lions extended over a period of six or ) seven years. i Accused had surrendered l himself to the. 1 police, as ho desired to clear tho matter ■ up. Ho was committed l to.tho Supremo Court ' for sentence, bail being fixed at £SOO. I
