The new rule concerning kicking into touch will bo adopted by the Canterbury Rugby Union in its competitions, commencing next. Saturday. The Wellington Union discussed the kick-into-touch rule, and while the feeling generally was that it would have to be adopted the final decision was deferred till the New Zealand Union had officially notified it. —Press Association.
