Sir, —In a school not a long way from the town clock the boys are trying to hold their end up at, Rugby, but they nro struggling under a host of disadvantages. In the first place, it is a small school, and they want all their strength to try to win a match; but if some of their best players do not do their lessons to the master’s satisfaction they are not allowed to play, to the detriment of all their mates and also of tho school. Tho boys also have to go and play their games without the support of their teacher. In another school (.hat some of my boys, attended tho teacher took an interest in the game. Result; Two years without a. point scored against them and the flag two years running. Hoping some abler pen than mine will take thus up, —I am, etc., Parent. Alay 1.
