The monthly meeting of Court Advance, Juvenile Foresters, was liejd last Thursday, there being a good muster of members, After the court was opened by the C.R. the new secretary (Pro. Edwin Brown) spoke to the members on various topics, including arrears of contributions, and stressed the necessity of the value of keeping good' on the books. It was resolved to hold the next court meeting on May 11, as the anniversary social falls on May 26 (court night). At the next meeting each member will receive a folder, containing a syllabus for the current year and all information necessary for introducing new members. A Social Committee was elected to carry out several functions during the year, as detailed on the syllabus. The members were as followßros. P. Clark, C.R. ; E. Giles, S.W. ; J. Harvey, S.C.R.; R- F. Duckworth, -J.W.O. Paine, 5.8.; James Hargreaves, and' the president (Bro. T. Scofield) and secretary (Bro. M. Wright). A now member of the Juvenile Council addressed the members, expressing the hope that the court would win the Foley Memorial Shield next year. The secretary was instructed to send a letter to the secretary of Court Pride of the Dominion (Bluff) congratulating it on winning the Membership Shield.
