COLONEL “DOWN AND OUT”
FOUND DEAD IX GAS-FILLED LOOM. LONDON, April 18. Lieutenant-colonel Brock Williams, D. 5.0., who was second in command of the Swansea Battalion of the Welsh Regiment, was found dead ji a gashilod room in the office of the boxing promoter, Major Wilson, who is assisting in il-.c ar rangements for the match between Georges Garpeniier and “Kid” Lewis. Major Wilson says that Colonel 'Williams was badly wounded in rbe war. Hs became bankrupt a year ago, ami disappeared. Major Wilson found him dewn and out, and gave him nouso room in d permission to use his office.
