FRENCH STEAMER. SEVENTEEN LIVES LOST. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. PARIS, April 28. A message from Havre states that seventeen of the crew, including tho captain, were drowned when tho 3,000-ton steamer Depute Albert Taillaudicr foundered in a galo in tho Channel. Ten survivors were picked up by a British steamer and landed.—Reuter.
