DOMINION CONGRESS. {Fib Uhimd Pukbs Association,] WELLINGTON, April 26, Tho Salvation Army is (holding its Doyninioa Congress in Wellington this week. Commissioner Hodder’s report shows an increase of 1,041 soldiers and of 15,941 Hng people. The self-denial appeal fund risen from £19,000 in 1914 to £50,000 last year.
