OTAGO MOTOR CLUB’S HILL CLIMB.
VO 'CUE EDITOH.
Sir,—With reference to the notice which appeared in last night’s issue concerning the above climb, 1 fail to see how the committee can 'disqualify the Studobakor or myself (the Austin), as the former car was recalled by one of the officials when it cast one of the drains, find was certainly entitled to a second run. The Austin also cast its non-skids, and was allowed a redimb by the Awards Committee. No explanation can justify the committee in disqualifying the Studebakcr; automatically it cannot disqualify the Austin, and 1 claim that this car has, in doing the fastest time, fairly won the trophy.—l am, etc., S. Di: Br.nir. March 25.
