PARIS, March 24,
Tire Near East Conference decided that if Turkey accepts the proposals she _ will be admitted to the League of Nations. The proceedings at the conference are being conducted with the greatest secrecy, but it is believed that it is considering the protection of minorities and the Dardanelles question. It is not believed that Great Britain intends to interfere in any religions settlement, which will be left to the parties concerned.—A. and N;Z. Gable.
THE ARMISTICE PROPOSAL,

Hie Allied Commissioners handed a joint Note proposing an armistice to the Porto and Kemalist representatives;—A. and N.Z. Cable.
