The question of the form of presentation was discussed at length, and there seemed to be a general opinion that it should take tho form of an illuminated address and a purse of sovereigns to Mr M'Culloch and the crew ; bub it was agreed to accept the suggestion in the form of a notice of motion, and finally decide tho matter at the next meeting.
