STRATH TAIERI SHOW
Tho enterprising and progressive Agricultural and Pastoral Society of Middlemarch is again to the fore with its twentyfirst annual show on Kt aster Monday. Much local enthusiasm is being displayed, and several attractive donations have been promised in the shape of silver cups for competition. Tho president (Mr A. Carruthersl, offers a cup, value £5 ss, for most points obtained throughout the show. Tho Dunedin Dairy Company offers a cup for best butter-fat ci w, tho company undertaking to apply the tests. The Clutha Dairy Company offers a cup for eo. .petition in tho cow class for dairy purposes. Another cup by Mr Tnrvey is offered in the draught horse section. There is every indication of a successful gathering. The entries close on April 8. Tho train service will be provided to suit patrons.
