NO TRACE OF SURVIVORS. LONDON, March 23. (Received March 24, at 1.25 p.m.) H 42 was rising to the surface, and was twenty yards from the Versatile, which was .steaming at the rate of twenty-seven knots. She cut tho submarine in halt. The Versatile stood by for four hours; but there were no signs of survivois. A. and N.Z. Cable.
