SANITARY CONFERENCE OPENED. Prora Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WARSAW, March 21. A Sanitary Conference has been opened with the object of examining the epidemic situation in Eastern Europe. The medical director of the League of Nations states that 3,000,000 died in Russia from typhus. The sanitary was worse this year than last year. There _ were 1,000 cases of cholera in the Ukraine.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
