The annual meeting of the Southern Association Football Club was held in the Bungalow Tea Booms, St. Kilda, last evening. Mr J. A.' Milburn (vice-presi-dent) presided over a largo attendance of plavers and supporters. Tho Chairman, in moving the adoption of the report and balance-sheet, congratulated the club on placing seven teams _in tho field last year, and, notwithstanding many ups and downs, all engagements had geen kept. The second grade team was to be congratulated on winning the second grade cup for tho second year in succession.

Mr Scott, speaking to finance, mentioned that, although the club had only a small credit balance, there was a substantial amount outstanding in unpaid subscriptions, and in fairness to the secretary it was up to these members to come along with * their subscriptions.
