RED INSIGNIA DISCOVERED.
BLACK SKULL CAP INCLUDED. CAPE TOWN, March 21. (Received March 22, at 1.20 p.m.) In a room in tho Trades Hall at Johannesburg, 1 which was used by Communists, tho police found a red robe, two rod caps (of tho same shape as tho cap of liberty which was worn in tho French Revolution), also a black skull cap. It ia surmised that tho latter was tho cap of justice, and would have formed part of tho vestments of tho judge under a Communistic regime.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
